We are a small family farm located in Nevada, USA.
We have been involved with Gypsy horses since 2005. The goal of our breeding program has been to breed horses that are as useful for riding as they are for driving. Our horses are not as heavy as some, although we have a variety of types currently, some tall, some short, some heavy! I have come to appreciate the traditional 14 2ish horses. They can do everything the big guys can do and are much easier to maintain!
Strawberry gave us a gorgeous Appy colt. This beautiful gelding is sired by Blue Genes, now proudly owned by Edoras
Stables. Apparently
he did not want us to forget him, so he gave us a replica of himself!
Strawberry decided to take a year off this year; Maby there is some training in the future of this fancy moving mare!
Our incredible black mare, Thunder Rose is in foal to Promise for a 2012 baby. Thunder Rose was the first of the Rosebud babies born in the United States. This foal should be sensational!
I decided I couldn't live without RoseAnna, the silver chestnut foal by Rainbow's Romano and Rosebud. She has come back to be with us. Look for some exciting silver and/or palomino foals out of this super sweet mare in a few years!
Promise has his first baby on the ground, a palomino filly out of Rosebud. Well done, Promise!! She is fantastic, as expected! Once we saw this gorgeous girl, we decided to continue our breeding program, at least for a few more years. Wow! Retirement can wait!
